Order Processing
Orders placed by 12 PM MST are typically processed the same business day. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM MST will be fulfilled the following week.
✨ Shipping Info: Amazon handles our shipping through MCFS, which means your Loraia soft play set will typically arrive within 5–7 business days. During peak times, it might take a bit longer. Thank you for your patience and for supporting our small business!

Domestic Shipping
We currently onlt offer shipping within the United States. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout, but are generally 2–10 business days.
International Shipping
We currently ship orders placed on this website within the United States only. If you’re based in Europe, you can find our products directly on Amazon.fr 🇫🇷
Worldwide shipping is also available through Amazon.com, with an additional international shipping fee applied at checkout. And if you are from Canada, you can order on Amazon.ca!
APO/FPO Boxes
For APO/FPO boxes, shipping may take longer than usual—sometimes up to 75 days—due to USPS processing requirements.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment on the carrier’s website using this number.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Loraia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.
