If for any reason it’s not quite what you expected, you’re welcome to send it back within 14 days, the return shipping cost being the customer’s responsibility.

Amazon handles our shipping, and your Loraia soft play set will usually arrive within 5–7 days. During busy periods, delivery might take a little longer. Please double-check your order and address details before confirming. All shipping times are estimates, we are not able to guarantee any shipping timelines.
Lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the customer. If you think your package is lost, email us at contact@loraia.com right away with your order number and we'll try our best to help resolve the issue. Be sure to check with your neighbors or building front desk to see if they may have your package.
You can return your set within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s still unused and in its original packaging. While we don’t charge any restocking fees, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please email us at contact@loraia.com to request a return. Don't forget to include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. Next, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label (deducted from the total refund amount), also sent to your email. Once your set is safely back with us, we’ll refund your original payment (minus the return shipping cost).
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be inspected and processed. To be eligible for a refund, your Loraia soft play set must be returned unused, unopened, and in perfect condition, with all original packaging, protective materials, and labels intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or adjust the refund amount if the product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration from its original state. Any items refused will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange your item we recommend returning it and then placing a new order for your desired item.
