Order Questions

Your order is on its way soon! ✨ Amazon handles our shipping, which means your Loraia soft play set will typically arrive within 5–7 days. During peak times, it might take a bit longer. Thank you for your patience and for supporting our small business!

We process all orders through Amazon MFC, which means they’re labeled almost immediately, and we unfortunately can’t guarantee any changes or cancellations once your order is placed.

That said, please contact us right away with your order number and details at contact@loraia.com, and we’ll do our very best to help if the order hasn’t yet been processed. Thank you so much for understanding.

We currently ship orders placed on this website within the United States only. If you’re based in Europe, you can find our products directly on Amazon.fr 🇫🇷

Worldwide shipping is also available through Amazon.com, with an additional international shipping fee applied at checkout. And if you are from Canada, you can order on Amazon.ca!

Wherever you are, Loraia is happy to reach your home 💛

You can return your set within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it’s still unused and unopened. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. Once your item is received in its original condition, we’ll refund your original payment method.

Materials and Care

Our Loraia soft play set is made from premium, non-toxic materials designed with your child’s health and development in mind:

  • High-Density EPE Foam: Firm and supportive, it maintains its shape over time, is not vacuum-compressed, and has no chemical smell or harmful gas emissions, keeping your home’s air clean and safe. It is also one of the only foams that is 100% recyclable!
  • Vegan PU Leather Cover: Hypoallergenic, soft, durable, water- and stain-resistant, and free from BFas, PVC or toxic dyes. Its non-porous surface prevents liquids and bacteria from penetrating, making it hygienic and easy to clean.

Your Loraia set is designed to be durable, safe, and easy to maintain:

  • Wipe clean: Use a damp cloth with mild soap or baby-safe cleaner to remove spills or dirt from the cover.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals: Do not use bleach or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the material.
  • Keep dry: Although the cover is water-resistant, avoid prolonged soaking to maintain its longevity.
  • Store safely: When not in use, store the blocks in a dry space, away from direct sunlight or extreme heat, to prevent discoloration or warping.

We have a one year warranty against defects for all products.

If you find a defect in your item, we will repair or exchange the item free of cost within one year of the purchase date. This does not apply to normal wear and tear such as scuffs, chips, or peels in the materials, stains, and changes in the appearance of the product which do not impair the functionality of the product.

Soft Play Questions

Our Loraia set is designed for babies and toddlers from 4 months up to 4 years, growing with your child through every stage:

  • 4–10 months: Perfect for tummy time, crawling over the soft blocks, and improving motor skills and corcoordination safely.
  • 10–24 months: Encourages standing, cruising, and early climbing; little ones can practice balance, and improve their independence.
  • 2–3 years: Toddlers can use the blocks to slide, or as steps to reach the sofa, kitchen counter, or the sink, or sit on them as a small chair.
  • 3–4 years: Great for imaginative play: jumping station, singing podium, or even using the blocks as a ramp for toy cars.

Yes! There’s no assembly required. Your little one can start climbing, crawling, and sliding safely the moment the set arrives, with no waiting, no smell, and no setup needed!
