Returns & Exchanges

 

Something isn’t quite perfect? That’s okay! You can return your set within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it’s still unused and unopened. We don’t charge any additional fees for returns or exchanges. However, since we’re a very small business, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. Once your item is received in its original condition, we’ll refund your original payment method (minus the return shipping cost).

 

HOW TO START A RETURN

If you’d like to return your order, simply email us at contact@loraia.com

Please include:

• Your order number
  
• The item(s) you’d like to return
  
• The reason for the return
  

We’ll then send you step-by-step instructions along with a prepaid return label (the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund).

EXCHANGES

If you’d like to exchange your item, just follow the return steps above and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
